Mindfulness Taster Workshop

This is an experiential course that will enable participants to learn about mindfulness. It will involve sitting practices; gentle stretching yoga; a little bit about the background of mindfulness practice and for those interested a little bit about the neuro-science.

Mindfulness Meditation for beginners

This experiential course is a foundation for the MBSR course and is suitable for those people who are unsure whether to embark on the full 8 week MBSR but are interested in learning more in more depth about mindfulness. It is fully compatible with the MBSR. There is an expectation of about 10-20 minute’s daily home practice between sessions which is lighter than the MBSR.

Mindfulness Meditation for beginners - 8 Monday sessions 6.45pm-8.15pm starting 25th February 2019 at Mindtalk, 3 Abbey Street, Market Harborough, LE16 9AA - cost is £10 for course materials plus a donation for each session towards the cost of running the course.  Any profit is to be donated to Shelter for the homeless.


Keeping Mindfulness Alive

A 4/5 hour day course for those who have completed a mindfulness meditation course and would like to spend time in a group practicing all different kinds of mindfulness meditations.


This is an experiential course that follows the full MBSR programme as taught at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre or Bangor University.
